PROCEDURE:

  1. In an appropriate vessel, combine all Phase A ingredients while medium speed mixing, until uniform.
  2. While maintaining mixing speed, slowly add Phase B ingredients to Phase A in parts, until clear & pH is 7.
  3. While maintaining mixing speed, slowly add Phase C ingredients to Phase AB, until uniform.
  4. While maintaining mixing speed, slowly add Phase D ingredients to Phase ABC, until uniform.
  5. Fill components.
