PROCEDURE:

  1. In the main kettle, heat Polyamide-8 to 90ºC ± 5ºC until completed melted. Begin medium speed mixing.
  2. Add remaining ingredients in Phase A, waiting in between additions, until totally clear and uniform.
  3. Reduce temperature to 80ºC ± 5ºC. 4.
  4. Slowly add Phase B ingredients to Phase A, waiting in between additions, until totally clear and uniform.
  5. In a side container, pre-mix Phase C ingredients, mix until semi-clear and uniform.
  6. While maintaining temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB.
  7. In a side container, pre-mix Phase D ingredients.
  8. While maintaining temperature, add Phase D to Phase ABC.
  9. Pour components.

  8. While maintaining temperature, add Phase D to Phase ABC.
  9. Pour components.
