PROCEDURE:
- In the main kettle, heat Polyamide-8 to 90ºC ± 5ºC until completed melted. Begin medium speed mixing.
- Add remaining ingredients in Phase A, waiting in between additions, until totally clear and uniform.
- Reduce temperature to 80ºC ± 5ºC. 4.
- Slowly add Phase B ingredients to Phase A, waiting in between additions, until totally clear and uniform.
- In a side container, pre-mix Phase C ingredients, mix until semi-clear and uniform.
- While maintaining temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB.
- In a side container, pre-mix Phase D ingredients.
- While maintaining temperature, add Phase D to Phase ABC.
- Pour components.
