PROCEDURE:
- Add EDETA® BD to DI water in main vessel.
- Premix glycerin and Dehyquart® Guar HP before adding to main vessel.
- Heat Phase A and B to 75°C in separate vessels.
- When both phases reach 75°C, add Phase B to Phase A in main vessel.
- Cool batch to 50°C or below and add remaining ingredients. Ensure each ingredient is mixed in homogeneously before proceeding to the next.
- Adjust pH to pH 4.2 – 5.2.
- Qs batch to 100% with DI water.
