PROCEDURE:

  1. In a side vessel add all of Phase A and heat to 80°C under gentle agitation.
  2. Thoroughly blend Phase B in appropriate dry blending/dispersing equipment.
  3. In the main vessel add all of Phase C and heat to 80°C under high shear mixing.
  4. Add Phase B to Phase A under moderate agitation.
  5. Add Phase D to Phase C under moderate agitation.
  6. Once uniform add Phase AB to Phase CD under high shear mixing.
  7. Once uniform add Phase E to Phase ABCD under high shear mixing.
  8. Begin cooling batch to room temperature under sweep mixing.
  9. Drop batch and/or fill components.
