This gentle, no-rinse cleanser can be used on baby’s delicate skin throughout the day and on the go. This mild formulation is designed to effectively clean skin without having to be rinsed off and can be used on the entire body. Cetiol® Sensoft is a fast spreading emollient and contributes to the light, clean feel.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Heat Phase I to 85°C and stir until homogeneous.
  2. Heat Phase II to 85°C and add into Phase I with moderate mixing and maintain the temperature at 85°C until the batch is homogenous. Allow the emulsion to cool while mixing.
  3. After seeing the batch turn completely bluish thin emulsion (~76°C), add phase III (cold, RT) with moderate mixing, and cool down the batch to below 30°C as quick as possible (i.e with cold water cooling in the jacket vessel). Avoiding over agitation.
