PROCEDURE:
- Add ingredients of Phase A in order listed with adequate agitation, making sure all components are completely dissolved before adding the next.
- Premix ingredients of Phase B until all ingredients are completely dissolved. Add pre-mix into Phase A.
- Fill into appropriate containers.
