PROCEDURE:

  1. In a side kettle, weigh Phase A, medium speed mix until uniform
  2. Slowly sprinkle Phase B into Phase A, heat to 70±5C.
  3. In the main kettle, weigh Phase C, heat to 80±5C and homogenize until uniform
  4. Pulverize Phase D
  5. Add Phase D to Phase C, maintaining temperature and homogenize until uniform
  6. Add Phase AB to Phase CD, maintaining temperature and homogenize for 20 minutes
  7. Add Phase E to Phase ABCD, maintaining temperature and mix until uniform
  8. Shade match with Phase F
  9. Slow speed sweep until cooled to 25±5C
