PROCEDURE:
- Pre-disperse pigments in the oils of Phase A (shaker 2-5 cycles (10 min each).
- Disperse gums in Phase C in the water with vigorous mixing while heating up to 85°C.
- After a homogeneous gel forms, add all the ingredients of Phase D with moderate mixing.
- Add Phase A/B into Phase C/D with high shear mixing.
- Homogenize at 55°C. Cool down to ambient temperature with moderate mixing.
- Add phase E while temperature drops below 40° C.
