PROCEDURE:
- Heat the Sulfosuccinate and Plantaren® 2000 N UP to 65 – 70 C and mix gently until liquified and homogeneous. Adjust the pH with citric acid to about 7 while mixing.
- At 70 C, add the Cutina® AGS and Lamesoft® PO 65 and mix until uniform.
- Add water to begin cooling the formula. Add the EDETA® BD and mix for 15 minutes to dissolve.
- Add the Rheocare® TTA at 35 C and mix for about 15-20 minutes. Add additional ingredients in the order shown above, being sure each ingredient is completely uniform in the formula before adding the next. Adjust the pH with citric acid at the end, if necessary, to about 5.8.
