DeWolf Chemical proudly announces the promotion of Jill Pitrone to Customer Service Supervisor, effective September 3rd 2013.

Pitrone will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring the highest level of attention and detail are taken in meeting the needs and requirements of DeWolf’s customers with the ultimate goal being to increase the value delivered and enhancement of our customers experience with us.

Prior to this appointment, Pitrone served as Sales Administration for the VP of Sales and the sales team and was a key driver of the integration and deployment of the company’s Salesforce.com CRM.

Senior Customer Service Representative
To further support the high level of customer service the company is known for, DeWolf Chemical has promoted Maria Jorge to Senior Customer Service Representative. In this capacity, she will have increased responsibility in the day-to-day operations of the department. Maria has been a stable force in the customer service department for over 10 years, garnering the respect of her peers and recognized by our customers for her professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail.
