A cream foundation which leaves a powdery finish on the skin due to the addition of Agenaflo 9050. The Agenaflo 9050 is a hydrophobically modified waxy corn starch, which gives a distinctive powdery feel to a variety of formulation types. This is due to its ability to give waxy or oily formulations a drier and softer skin feel as it absorbs the oil and will reduce the draggy or oily skin feel which would normally be present.
