PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Adjust the pH of water between 3.5 – 4.3; |
| 2 | Prepare phase A and B separately, warm them up to 75°C; |
| 3 | Add phase B to phase A homogenizing for a few minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax); |
| 4 | Warm phase C to 55°C and add it to the emulsion homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax); |
| 5 | Cool down under gentle stirring; |
| 6 | Add the preservative below 40°C. |
