Manufacturing Process for lab scale
1.Add water in Phase A, start heating to 75C.
2.Add Phase B ingredients in a separate beaker. Heat to 75C-80C.
3.Add Phase B to Phase A under homogenization. Homogenize for 3-5 minutes.
4.Continue mixing. Premix Phase C ingredients. Add to main batch at 55C.
5.Cool to 45C. Continue with moderate mixing. Add Phase D ingredients.
6.pH adjust between 4.5-5.0.
