Procedure:

  1. Add DI water into a clean beaker and mix at moderate speed.  Add WS SA50 slowly and allow all solids to fully dissolve.  Start to heat batch to 80 – 85°C.
  2. Add BioBlend AS UP and allow to mix well.  At 75°C, add Jordapon SCI and allow all solids to fully dissolve while continuing to heat batch.
  3. Start to cool batch.  Add Plantaren 1200 N UP and Geogard Ultra.  Allow to mix well and for all solids to fully dissolve.
  4. In a side-phase, pre-mix Phase B together and heat to 50°C.  Add Phase B to main phase when it reaches 50°C.
  5. In another side-phase, pre-mix Phase C together and heat to 40°C.  Add to main phase when it reaches 40°C.
  6. At 30 – 25°C, add Phase D one by one, mixing well after each addition.  Adjust pH to 4.00 – 4.50.

Directions:
Apply to wet skin and cleanse in a circular motion 2x daily, avoiding the eye area.  Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
