PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Prepare phase A and B separately; |
| 2 | Add phase B to phase A homogenizing for a few minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax); |

| 4 | Add phase C, D and E at 40°C. |
