PROCEDURE:
1. Prepare Phase A and B separately disperse the Xanthan Gum with a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Ultra
Turrax, Silverstone, … ), warm them up to 75°C;
2. Add Phase A to phase B under agitation at 75°C, homogenize for a few minutes;
3. Cool down under gentle stirring;
4. Add Phase C at 40°C.
