PROCEDURE:

1. Prepare phase B warming up separately the water to 75-80°C and the lipophilic components to 70-
75°C, add the lipids into the water homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra
Turrax, etc.);
2. Cool down phase B to 40°C using a water bath while stirring;
3. Prepare phase A and disperse the thickeners using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra
Turrax, etc.);
4. Add phases B, C, D, E and F one by one into phase A homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit
(e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax, etc.).
