Procedure:

1 Dissolve the ingredients in the water, disperse the thickener using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax) and heat up to 75-80°C;
2 Prepare phase B separately and warm up to 70-75°C;
3 Add phase B to phase A and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax);
4 Cool down to 40°C under gentle agitation;
5 Add phase C and D one by one and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax).
