PROCEDURE:
- Add Phase A ingredients one at a time with good mixing in between additions.
- Ensure homogeneity of the batch before adding next ingredient.
- pH adjusts with Citric acid solution to pH=5.0-5.5.
- Fill into appropriate containers and charge with propellant (Phase B).
