PROCEDURE:

  1. Heat phase A to 70-75°C and stir until uniform (700 RPM)
  2. Heat phase B to 70-75°C, then add B to A while mixing (1100 RPM)
  3. Allow emulsion to cool while mixing in such a way it remains in continual motion.
  4. At 60°C or below add CetiolUltimate, Add phase D & E with continuous mixing
  5. Switch to homogenizer and homogenize until uniform at about 7,000 RPM
  6. Finally at 35°C add E and F with continuous mixing until product is uniform
