Face and Body Foaming Polish Powder is a powder-to-foam, water-activated, exfoliating cleanser that gently buffs away dead skin cells for a healthier glow. Two-in-one exfoliating and cleansing action is the way to go.
SIPERNAT® 500 LS is a very finely ground silica that can be used as a flow aid and anti-caking agent for fine powders and as a highly effective thickener in liquid systems.
SIPERNAT® 250 PC silicon dioxide provides an alternative to polyethylene beads for delivering exfoliation to skin care formulations. SIPERNAT® 250 PC silicon dioxide delivers a gentle yet substantive tactile experience making this product the ideal choice for sensitive applications such as facial scrubs.
How to Use: Shake a small amount into wet palms and activate by rubbing hands together to foam. Gently massage into skin while avoiding eye area. Rinse thoroughly. Use on face and body.

Procedure for Face & Body Foaming Polish Powder
- Premix Phase A and Phase B in separate vessels
- Adjust pH of water Phase to 5-6
- Add Phase A to Phase B while mixing moderately. Do not over shear.
- Mix until uniform particle size is achieved using rotor stator system or high shear mixer (pulse a few times with a blender)
- Add Phase C ingredients
