PROCEDURE:
- Slowly Sprinkle PVM/MA decadiene crosspolymer into water of phase A with mixing.
- Once PVM/MA decadiene crosspolymer is completely dispersed, heat and maintain at 80°C for approximately 20 minutes with mixing.
- After cooling, neutralize Part A with sodium hydroxide while stirring.
- Add Part B ingredients in sequence and mix well.
