This smooth, thick, hair molding cream, provides a pliable hold when applied to towel-dried hair. Both Plandool G and Lipobee 102 provide thickening and hair styling properties while Lipolight OAP/PVA offers a unique effect under “black light”.

PROCEDURE:
- Mix Phase A ingredients at 75-80°C with medium speed propeller stirring.
- Add Phase B to main batch. Use medium to high speed stirring until fully dissolved.
- Premix Phase C ingredients and heat to 75°C. Add slowly to main batch with medium speed stirring.
- Add Phase D and allow to cool.
- Premix Phase E ingredients until PVP has dissolved. Add to main batch when cooled to 60°C.
- Add Phase F, mixing until homogeneous, and pour into jar before cooling to room temperature.
