PROCEDURE:
- Add water into main vessel and start mixing at mid to high speed to create a vortex.
- Add Mirapol® 550 to the main batch. Once all is in, reduce the mixing (low to mid) and add Mackanate® EL and mix until uniform.
- Add Miracare® LAC-394 to the main batch and mix until homogeneous. (If necessary heat the batch to 45 °C to increase the incorporation of surfactant blend).
- Cool batch to 30 °C and adjust the pH (5.0-6.0) target pH 5.50 using 50% citric acid. Mix for 30 minutes.
- Add the preservative, fragrance, etc. and mix until uniform.
- Add sodium chloride to adjust viscosity.
