1. Prepare phase A and stir. 2. Weigh in all components of phase B in a little cup. 3. Add phase B to phase A under stirring until phase AB is completely homogenous. 4. Mix phase C for 15 seconds in a coffee grinder. 5. Add phase C to phases A+B while stirring. (There is no phase D in formulation).
