Procedure
- Add water and begin mixing with a vortex.
- Premix Jaguar and Rheocare with Butylene Glycol and slowly sift into the water. Once incorporated, slow down mixing to about 100-150 rpm and mix for 15 mins
- Add citric acid to adjust pH to about 4-4.5 (batch should clear if it hasn’t already).
- Slowly add ingredients 6-8 one by one. Mix well and make sure the batch is is crystal clear.
- Adjust pH to 5.0 – 7.0
