Manufacturing Process

  1. Mix all components of phase A and phase B respectively at 80°C, stir until uniform
  2. Under agitation at 75-80°C, add B into A slowly, then homogenize for a few minutes
  3. Cool to 45°C under slow agitation, add phase C (RNAge™ BC10054 solve in water first), stir until uniform and cool to RT.
