PROCEDURE:

  1. Add Phase A with fast stirring. Allow to mix for 10 minutes.
  2. First heat to 75-80C. Add Phase B once temperature is reached with adequate mixing.
  3. Cool to 40C. Once cooled, premix Phase C ingredients and add to batch with mixing.
  4. Add Phase D ingredients in order with medium mixing. Adjust pH to 7.0. Add color solution when necessary.
