PROCEDURE:

  1. In main kettle, weigh Phase A, heat to 100±5C and medium speed mix until uniform
  2. In a side kettle, disperse Phase B by homogenization for 15 minutes at 1500 RPM
  3. Add Phase C to Phase A, cool to 85±5C and homogenize until uniform (about 15 min, at least 1500 RPM)
  4. Add Phase B to Phase AC and homogenize until uniform.
  5. Add Phase D to Phase ABC, maintaining temperature and mix until uniform.
  6. Add Phase E to Phase ABCD, maintaining temperature and mix until uniform.
