PROCEDURE:

  1. Combine and heat Phase A ingredients to 80°C using propeller mixing. Sprinkle in Bentonite (and) Xantham Gum using medium/high mixing and keep batch at 80°C. Mix until Bentonite (and) Xantham Gum goes into solution.
  2. Combine and heat Phase B to 80°C. Then add Phase B to Phase A and mix for 15 minutes.
  3. Begin to cool batch to 40°C.
  4. Add premixed Phase C at 40°C and continue to cool to 30°C.
  5. Add Phase D ingredients one at a time at 30°C and continue to cool to 25°C.
  6. Adjust pH to 4.5-5.0 with Phase E.
