PROCEDURE:
- Charge water and begin mixing to create a vortex.
- Disperse Jaguar C-17 in the water and mix for 15 min.
- Adjust pH to ~4.0 to hydrate the polymer and begin heating to 80ºC.
- In a separate vessel, mix together the Rhodaquat M242 B/99, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, and heat to 80ºC.
- Add the molten liquid to the 80ºC water solution. Mix for 30 minutes at 80ºC.
- Cool to 35ºC and add DC-200 Fluid 350CS, Mirapol PQ-74, Mackstat DM, and fragrance.
