Procedure: 1. Add phase B to Phase A under stirring. 2. When the gel is formed, heat (A+B) up to 65°C.
3. Meanwhile, heat Phase C at 65’C. 4. When the temperature is reached, put phase C into (A+B) under vigorous stirring. 5. After 15 min, begin to cool and reduce stirring. 6. At 40’C add phase D. 7. At 25’C stop stirring.
