PROCEDURE:
- Add water, Mackadet SFC-1, Mackamide LME, Mackanate RM, and Neolone 950 to main vessel, mixing well between additions. Mix until clear and homogeneous.
- Slowly add the Rheomer 33 and mix until uniform. (The batch is cloudy at this point.)
- Slowly increase the pH to 7.0-7.5 using 50% NaOH and mix until the batch is clear and homogeneous. The polymer will swell/thicken and the batch should be mixed slowly to avoid trapping air.
- When the batch is clear and uniform, slowly incorporate the polyethylene beads and Meadowbrook silver sparkles, mixing until uniform.
- Add fragrance and mix until uniform.
- If necessary, adjust pH to 6.5-7.0 using 50% citric acid solution.
