Procedure:
- Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 77 ± 3°C.
- Combine Phase B ingredients, heat to 77 ± 3°C, and homogenize until uniform to disperse Zinc Oxide and pigments.
- While homogenizing add Phase A to Phase B, homogenize until uniform at 77 ± 3°C.
- Transfer to sweep mixing and start cooling.
- Add Phase C below 40 ± 2°C and mix well.
