Procedure for Velvet Underground Eyeshadow
- Thoroughly blend Phase A in appropriate dry blending/dispersing equipment.
- Add Phase B to Phase A and mix until uniform.
- Heat Phase C to 80°C – 85°C ± 5°C under moderate mixing until transparent and uniform.
- Spray Phase C into Phase AB and pulverize.
- Press and fill components.
