PROCEDURE:

  1. Add ingredients of Phase A in the order listed with adequate agitation, making sure all components are completely homogeneous before adding the next ingredient. Check pH after the addition of AMP PC 2000. Bring pH to 6.75, if not already.
  2. Add the Phase B ingredients one by one with adequate agitation in between.
  3. Fill into appropriate containers and charge with propellant (Phase C).
