Procedure:
- Mix and heat phase A up to 65 to 70OC
- Mix and heat phase B up to 65 to 70OC in separated flask
- Add phase B to phase B, mix by homo mixier under 3000 rpm for 3 minutes
- Cool down to 55OC then add C
- Neutralize by adding D
- Add E and cool down keeping mixing to 35OC,storage overnight
