Description
Geogard® LSA is a non-GMO, broad spectrum preservative with wide global acceptance. It is a liquid with light color and odor, that needs no dissolving, is water miscible and oil soluble. It is has superior performance at low pH and is effective at a pH range of 3-6; good for hair conditioners.
Geogard LSA os recommended at a use level of 1.0 – 2.0% and is compatible with key raw materials and is effective in wipes. Preferred addition at cool down 45°C. For cold formulations, may need to heat to around 45°C in order to solubilize preservative For clear and/or highly aqueous formulations, may need an addition of additional emulsifier.
