This preservative has broad-spectrum antimicrobial activities. It exhibits rapid, microbicidal activity against Gram-Negative Bacteria as well as Gram-Positive Bacteria, yeast, and molds.
It is easy to incorporate into formulations. Being a liquid, miscible with many organic solvents, surfactants, and emulsifiers.
