Procedure:
1) Add 1-2 one by one. . Heat to 85°C and mix until homogenous.
2) Stop mixing and slowly add AEROSIL 200. Cover batch and begin mixing at 650 rpm. Homogenize for 15 minutes and until all AEROSIL is dissolved. Use side sweep mixing to incorporate.
3) Cool to 48C. Slowly add 4-8 and mix until uniform.
4) Add sugar in small increments. Mix with good side sweep mixing until uniform.
5) Fill the jars at 35C and let cool to room temperature before storing away.
Results:
Appearance: Soft gel with exfoliants
Color: Light green with dark green and white sugar exfoliants
