PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

1 Prepare phase A and put under stirring;
2 Prepare phase B and mix with a spatula, then add phase B to phase A using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax) at 2500 rpm for 3 minutes;
3 Prepare phase C and add to phase AB using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax) at 2500 rpm for 5 minutes;
4 Add phase D to phase ABC.
