Procedure for Beach Bound SPF 50
Combine Phase C in large beaker. Prop mix until clear and begin heating to 75°C. Combine phase A inside beaker, mix well with prop until uniform. Add Phase B and begin heating to 80°C. At temperature, slowly add Phase A/B to Phase C with high-speed homogenization (5000-6000 rpm). Mix until thoroughly uniform. Remove and cool with prop mix below 40°C, add Phase D ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Drop batch below 35°C.
