Procedure:
1. Prepare phase A, dispersing Xanthan Gum using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax, etc.), warm it to 75-80°C;
2. Prepare phase B, warm it to 70-75°C and add to phase A, homogenizing for a few minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax, etc.);
3. Cool phase AB to 40°C using a water bath under slow agitation;
4. Add phase C, D, and E, one by one, homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax, etc.).
