Its light diffusing properties are designed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. As an additional benefit, it has a mattifying effect.

Procedure for Light Pigmented Foundation
- Combine all ingredients of phase 3 in a beaker and homogenize
- Combine all ingredients of phase 1 in another beaker.
- Add powder ingredients and homogenize
- Add phase 3 to phase 1 /2 while slowly stirring
- Homogenize
