The formulation contains SPHERILEX® 10 PC is a versatile and eco-friendly option to microplastics in leave-on and color cosmetic applications. The benefits of SPHERILEX® in color cosmetics is that the uniform particle size distribution provides a unique, silky-smooth non-drying skin feel. It can be used in a wide range of applications such as powder and lipstick formulations to give a silky matte look.

Procedure for Ultra-Soft Face Powder with SPHERILEX® 10 PC
- Mill phase 2 until homogeneous
- Add phase 1 to phase 2 and mill for 30 seconds
- Add phase 3 to the batch while gently mixing
- Add phase 4 to the batch and mill for 30 seconds
- Check pH and if necessary adjust to 6.0-6.5 to improve transparency
- Press in godets at 30 bar
