PROCEDURE:
- Pre-mix Phase A heated to 70°C and pre-mix Phase B heated to 70°C separately until homogeneous.
- Add Phase B to Phase A under rapid mixing, homogenize for 5 min. until homogeneous.
- Cool down to 40° under agitation.
- Add Phase C, Phase D and Phase E and mix.
- Homogenize until homogeneous.
- Cool down to room temperature.
- The pH value should be 5.5-6.0 and has to be checked. If not, adjust the pH with sodium hydroxide or citric acid.
