PROCEDURE:

  1. Pre-mix Phase A heated to 70°C and pre-mix Phase B heated to 70°C separately until homogeneous.
  2. Add Phase B to Phase A under rapid mixing, homogenize for 5 min. until homogeneous.
  3. Cool down to 40° under agitation.
  4. Add Phase C, Phase D and Phase E and mix.
  5. Homogenize until homogeneous.
  6. Cool down to room temperature.
  7. The pH value should be 5.5-6.0 and has to be checked. If not, adjust the pH with sodium hydroxide or citric acid.
