Procedure for Powder to Cream Lip Powder
- Add all of the ingredients of Phase A into a blender.
- Stir until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
- Mix all of the ingredients of Phase B and add into Phase A.
- Mix until a free flowing powder is obtained.
