PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

1 Prepare phase A and B and warm them up separately to 75-80°C;
2 Add phase B to phase A homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax) for a few minutes;
3 Cool down to room temperature under gentle agitation;
4 Add phase C and D separately using a suitable dispersion unit at low-medium speed (3000 rpm);
5 Neutralize using phase E to pH 6.5 -7.0.
