Description
ALTER-EMULFABA is a powdered emulsifier made from plant extract and gums, without chemical modifications. It is an alternative to the surfactants that are usually used for emulsifying. It allows to formulate white emulsions without perfume impact, despite the use of plant extracts. It can be used to formulate with various textures such as fluid milk to a thick cream.
ALTER-EMULFABA is 100% natural according to ISO16128 and COSMOS compliant. It has very good emulsion stability in a wide range of pH. Dosage: 2% to 5% depending on the percentage of oil incorporated and the desired textures
