Description
Pluracare® L 64 is a copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with an average molecular weight of 2,900. A non-ionic surfactant that has general functionality of surfactant, emulsifier, solubilizer and stabilizer. Boosts the formation of well dispersed emulsions of usually not miscible liquids by changing the interfacial tension. Pluracare® L 64 decreases the interfacial tension of cosmetic preparations and contribute to equal distribution during the application. Because of the low skin and eye irritation and exceptional cleansing activity, Pluracare® L 64 is recommended for face cleansing applications. Anhydrous and non corrosive. Miscible and compatible with almost all anionic as well as cationic surfactants.
